Shania Fleming, DPT, OCS, is a residency-trained orthopedic physical therapist with four years of experience specializing in orthopedic and sports rehabilitation. She earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Minnesota and completed an APTA-accredited orthopedic physical therapy residency at Twin Cities Orthopedics. She is also a board-certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist.

As a former competitive hockey player, Shania brings a personal understanding of the physical and mental demands of competitive sport to her practice. She has a particular interest in complex knee and hip rehabilitation, including ACL reconstruction, multiligament injuries, meniscus and cartilage procedures, and hip arthroscopy. Her clinical approach combines evidence-based rehabilitation with progressive strength training, movement analysis, and sport-specific programming to help patients build physical capacity and confidence throughout recovery.

Outside of the clinic, Shania is a fitness enthusiast who continues to challenge herself through CrossFit and HYROX. Her own experience with strength training and high-level fitness gives her a unique perspective on the demands of returning to an active lifestyle—not simply becoming pain-free, but becoming strong, capable, and confident.

Shania works closely with physicians, athletic trainers, strength coaches, and athletes to develop individualized rehabilitation plans and safely progress patients back to their sport and active lifestyles. She is passionate about creating a collaborative, gym-forward environment where rehabilitation bridges the gap between injury recovery and performance.
